Thank you for your question. If you are questioning the size implant you discussed with your board certified plastic surgeon, I would suggest going back in to discuss your goals and implant choices. In my practice, I spend time reviewing the patients chest measurements, and goals to determine what implant would be appropriate for them. I also have sizers and implants for my patients to see and try on to get an idea of what the implants will look like after surgery.

Thank you so much for your question. Your overall health should be reviewed to determine if you are facelift candidate. In my office, a breast cancer diagnosis 4 years earlier would not prevent you from having a facelift. Prior to surgery, I would review your medical history and ask that you see your primary care and oncologist for medical clearance.

Thank you for your question. When I perform a facelift, I will usually suggest some sort of fat grafting at the time of surgery. This allows me to address the sagging skin and add volume to the depleted areas with one recovery. I would consult your board certified plastic surgeon for their preference before doing anything.

Thank you for your questions. Patients are generally in my office for about 90 minutes. The actual procedure takes about 30-45 minutes. If you are considering this procedure, seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to perform the surgery.

Thank you for your question. If you are unhappy with your result, you should first consult with the surgeon that did the initial breast augmentation. After that consultation you should find a few other board certified plastic surgeons for second opinions. I believe you would benefit from a breast revision surgery to give you a more natural look. The cost of surgery will vary on the surgical plan the board certified plastic surgeon gives you to correct the issues.

Once you find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area, the doctor and his staff should be able to help you submit a claim to your insurance carrier. Breast reduction surgery has the highest patient satisfaction rate and would help you feel more comfortable.

Thank you for your question. If you are not happy with the deep lines and are unable to have filler placed, you can look into fat grafting to that nasolabial folds. If you have other lower face concerns a facelift might also be an option for you. I would suggest you find a board certified plastic surgeon to do a complete assessment to determine what procedures would be best for you.

I would suggest continued follow up care with your surgeon. If you are still unhappy with the results you can seek out another board plastic surgeon for a second opinion.

You should see the original plastic surgeon to assess the area and discuss your concerns. Once you have spoke to the original surgeon you can seek out another board certified plastic surgeon for a second opinion / assessment. It is hard to tell from the photos and without a physical examination if the area is fat, skin or a possible lipoma/cyst. If the area is fat you can have additional liposuction to remove it without causing excessive scar tissue.

Anesthesia can trigger your cluster headaches. Your plastic surgeon should advise you to see the doctor treating you for the cluster headaches prior to surgery for medical clearance. If you are not already seeing someone for the headaches, you should seek a neurologist in your area for guidance. They will be able to advise you on the risks of anesthesia if any.
